He was predeceased by: his spouse Meg Koehler; his daughter Niki Koehler; and his brother Paul Fox Koehler. He is survived by: his children, Art (Debbie Koehler), Chuck (Karen Koehler), Michael Koehler (Abby Goldstein), Laura Koehler (Cary Pepper), Lee Koehler (Brian Ward) and Jeanie Koehler (Ron Rice). He is also survived by his seven children, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
