She was predeceased by: her husband Martin Kafina; her parents, Giacinto Mattana and Domittela Mattana; and her siblings, Josephine, Jack, Rose and Argia.
She is survived by: her son Dr. Martin J. Kafina (Theresa) of Lincoln; her grandsons, Dr. Martin D. Kafina and Christopher J. Kafina; and her nephew Dr. Fred Podorf.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (142 Lincoln Rd, Lincoln, MA 01773).
