She is survived by: her parents, Clifford York and Mary York (Dodge); her husband Jan, Sr.; her son Jan, Jr.; her wife Leah of Leyden; her siblings, Jeff (Wendy) of Evanston, IL, Linda York Hardin of Aurora, CO and Lorraine York Edberg (Timothy) of Montague; her sister-in-law Jane Kuznik of Bernardston; her nieces and nephews, Jason Hardin, Ian York, Jessica York, Kristin Henry, Lindsey Bruso, Evan Bruso, Kelly Kuznik and Kaitlyn Kuznik; her great-niece Amelia Bruso; and her great-nephews, Konrad Henry and Karson Henry.
