He was predeceased by: his brother Charles Williams. He is survived by: his wife Josephine M. Williams (Canonie); his daughters, Cheryl Williams of Lexington, Karen Simmons (Robert) of Billerica, Donna Leary (Patrick) of Bedford and Lisa Callahan (Paul) of Billerica; his siblings, Robert Williams (Rachel) of Ayer, Marion Ulman and John Williams; and his grandchildren, Shaun, Christopher Williams, Amy Meagher (Gregory), Robert Simmons (Katie Wallace), Christopher Leary, Erin and Colleen Callahan. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid 19 Virus, a private service will be held with interment at Westview Cemetery in Lexington.
