He is survived by: his wife Betty Kim (Yoo); his children, Nancy Kim (Peter Lee) of Lexington, Steven Kim (Kari Molvar) of Old Greenwich, CT and Caroline Kim of Arverne, NY.; his sibling Kyung-Ryul Kim of Seoul, Korea.; and his grandchildren, Justin, Theo, Chloe and Jemma. He is also survived by 1 niece and 2 nephews.
