He is survived by: his children, Katherine (Chava), Frederick (Dru) and Jennifer (Chad); his grandchildren, Amanda (John), Randal, Austin (Sarah), Celina, Helena, Elizabeth and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, John and Stephanie; his sister-in-law Karyl Huth; his nieces, Carolyn Bates, Cindy Koster, Mary Lynn Sutton (Peter), Linda Haycraft, Laura Clover (Joe) and Susan Riesmeyer; his nephew Tom (Linda); and his friend Laurence Berman. He is also survived by the children.
