He was predeceased by: his parents, George Arthur and Anna Arthur; his wife Mary Jane Arthur (Duggan); and his brothers, George Arthur, Charles Arthur and Richard Arthur.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas W. Arthur (Kimberly) of Sandwich, David C. Arthur of Sturbridge and James A. Arthur (Kerry) of Concord; his grandchildren, Courtney, Ashton, Colton, Devon and Carson; and his great grandchildren, Blair and Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
