He was predeceased by: his husband Barbara Kakas; and also Gordon Kakas. He is survived by: his children, Richard Harding, Debra Harding, Janice Cronstrom, Peter Cronstrom of Dunstable, MA, James Harding and Andrea Harding of Lexington, MA; his grandchildren, Christine, Ricky (Tracey), Jeff (Manjola), Kristen (Tri), Kelley and Matthew; his niece Sallyann Kakas; and his children, Elise Quebec and Christian Quebec.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund at the Lexington Golf Club.
