He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Antonio. He is survived by: his wife Janet Donovan; his daughter Nicole (Nikki); his mother Rita; and his brother Pedro (Martha). He is also survived by sisters- and brothers-in-law, cousins, his aunt, and nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the organizations that Tony supported.
