He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Carroll (Cassidy); and his brother Robert Carroll. He is survived by: his son Andrew L. Carroll (Jennifer) of Bedford; his siblings, Charles Carroll of Templeton, Ann Diamond of Arizona, Kenneth Carroll of Acton, John Carroll of Lexington and Edward Carroll; and his grandchildren, Phillip, Heather and Benjamin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Shriners Hospitals.
