He is survived by: his wife Clara Reynolds; his children, William, Thomas, John Palmer (Carla), Caroline Dade (Stephen), Stephanie Hurley (Michael) and Marianne Palmer (Steven Peabody); his daughters-in-law, Carol and Julie Palmer; and his grandchildren, Julia, Emile, Anna, Thomas, Quinten, Rachael, Clara, Stephen, John, Madeline, William, Sarah, Elizabeth and Joseph Benjamin. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
