With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Hutchinson of Lexington, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 21, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Edward H. Hutchinson Jr.; her brother Michael "Joe" Conway of Medford; her nieces and nephews, Kerry Margaret Conway, Susan Rodrigues, Mark Hutchinson, Paul Hutchinson and Stephen Hutchinson; and her great-nieces, Makayla and Brooke Adams.

Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
