She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Derba; her mother Grace Leyden (McDonough); and her siblings, Alice Harney, Edward Leyden, Phyllis Miller and Frederick Leyden.
She is survived by: her children, Meg (George Morrissey) of Winchester and Paul Derba (Hazel Durand) of Osterville; and her grandchildren, Chris, Brooke, Ryan, Dana, Drew Morrissey, Chloe and Phoebe Derba. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
