With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert W. Pollack (Lexington, Massachusetts), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on April 26, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Shirley Pollack and Benjamin Pollack; his wife Sandra "Sandy" Pollack (Rosenthal); his daughters, Jill Kutchin of Andover, MA and Mindy Pollack-Fusi of Bedford, MA; his granddaughters, Melissa Serotkin and Julie Kutchin; and his sister-in-law Geri Pollack. He was also cherished by his niece and two nephews.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, 243 Charles Street, Boston, MA 02114.
