It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert L. Ruben of Lexington, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 12, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor "Ellie" J. (Fischel); and his parents, Max Ruben and Rose Ruben (Legonsky). He is survived by: his children, Bradley A. Roberts (Martha), Dr. Richard G. Ruben (Karen), Carol S. Lewis (Warren), Laura J. Ruben Lewis and Dave Lewis; his grandchildren, Emma, William, Eli, Jenna, Mariah, Benjamin, Ryan, Lily and Daniel; and his great grandchild Jacobe.

In lieu of flowers, please consider giving to the Every Child Fund at Boston Children's Hospital, in memory of Dr. Herbert Ruben.
