She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Allen and Dorothy Allen of Arlington; her husband Joseph Hingston; and her siblings, Ruth Gillis, Barbara Fletcher and Robert Allen.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Hingston (Katheryn) of Frye Island, David Hingston of Maynard, Mass, Scott Gillis (Lindsay) of Concord and Kevin Gillis (Arlene) of Chelmsford; and her grandchildren, Brian, Valerie, Ashley and David Jr.. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
