She was predeceased by: her husband Francis Shea (Buddy); her parents, Edward Milson and Prudence Milson (Cassarino); and her brother Charles Milson (Skip). She is survived by: her grandchild Lauren Shea of Arlington, VA; her daughters, Kelsey, Samantha Tigner, Andrea Shea of Medford, MA and Francis L. Shea of Arlington, MA; her daughter-in-law Wendy Spivak; and her son Daniel P. Shea of San Francisco, CA.. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in France's memory may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
