It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth McDevitt of Lexington, Massachusetts, born in Newton, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 15, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James William McDevitt Sr. (Jim); her parents, Martin Joseph Fahey and Winifred Fahey (Morgan); and her siblings, Winifred Zoeller of St. Louis, Virginia Fahey of Natick and Thomas Fahey of Hicksville.

She is survived by: her son James William McDevitt Jr. (Susan); her grandchildren, Theresa and James III of Pepperell Massachusetts; her daughter Maureen Suitter (Rick); her grandson Blake of Woburn Massachusetts; her daughter Susan King (Steven); her grandchildren, Ryan, Audrey of Washington, DC. and Trevor James Brightman (Jamie); her great grandchild Winston; her siblings, Barbara (Frank Sanchez) of Natick, Frank Fahey of Milton and James (Coletta) of Wappinger's Falls; and also Charlie of Deerfield, Massachusetts..
