She was predeceased by: her parents, James Collins and Mary Ellen Collins (Moakley); and her siblings, Mary T. Collins and James M. Collins. She is survived by: her sister Martha Collins MD of Lexington; her nephews, Charles Collins (Roberta) of Texas and J. Michael Collins of Texas; and her cousins, Christine Desmond of Maryland, Mary Ann Ryan (Tom) of Sunderland, Joany Collins (Karen Cleaves) of Wells, ME and Patricia Shanahan O'Connell of Framingham.
