She was predeceased by: her husband Roy D. Fountain. She is survived by: her children, R. Dexter Fountain of Camdenton, MO and Karen Blake (Daniel) of Lexington, MA; her grandchildren, Nathan Blake (Alexandra), Eric Blake (Kathleen) and Rachel Blake; and her great grandchildren, Tucker Blake, Ellie Blake and Blake.
