He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria M. Deflice (LeBlanc). He is survived by: his father Dominic J. Deflice Sr.; his sister Kathy DeFlice-Secor (Peter Secor) of Bedford; his nephew Maxim Secor (Yevheniia); and his great-nephew Hunter Secor (Hayley Minahan).

Donations in his memory may be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Lahey Hospital & Medical Center or Shriners Hospital For Children.
