He is survived by: his wife Deborah Surtees (Fisher); his children, Christine Foate of Australia and Phillip Surtees of Australia; his siblings, Robert Surtees (Margaret) of Merrimack, NH, Ron Surtees of Australia and Annette Withnall of Australia; and his grandsons, Jack, Carter and Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
