She was predeceased by: her parent Louis Joseph; and her sibling Michael Joseph. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry D. Welch; her parent Olga Joseph (Nedelli); her children, Elizabeth J. Welch Marsh (Thomas) of North Hampton, NH and Peter J. Welch (Kate Leggett) of Belmont, CA.; her grandchildren, Sophie, Henry, Mactavish, Ezekiel and Audrey; her sibling Thomas Joseph; and her niece Tracey Fitzgibbon of Braintree.
