He was predeceased by: his parent Naomi Mitchell; and his sibling Seymour Mitchell (Arlene). He is survived by: his parent Jacob Mitchell; his wife Dor; his grandchildren, Andrew (Leslie), Lawrence Baum, Laura (Fred MacFadgen), Carolyn Mitchell, Michael Yakuel, Daniela Yakuel and Alexander Dangel; his great grandchildren, Kiva Baum, Ben Baum and Jack Baum; his sibling Cynthia Mitchell; and also, Aimee Baum, Miron Yakuel and Gary Mitchell (Betsy Dangel). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
