He was predeceased by: his parents, Montell Higginbotham and Gertrue Lavinia Higginbotham. He is survived by: his wife Louise B. Higginbotham; his children, Sarah (Chris Neurath) of Lexington and Drew (Salwa Jabado); his grandchildren, Leo Neurath, Zahra and William Higginbotham; and his sister Mary Ann Fisher of Edgerton, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
