She was predeceased by: her husband James A. Hayes, II; and her brothers, Gerald R. and David J. Boudreau. She is survived by: her children, James A. Hayes, III (Johanna) of Londonderry, NH and Sharon M. Hayes (Jill Barres) of Lexington; her sister Diane G. Bemis of Hudson; her grandchildren, Caroline E. Hayes and James A. Hayes, IV; and her brother-in-law Charles W. Hayes. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
