It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin B. Neisner Jr. (Leverett, Massachusetts), who passed away on August 12, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Andrew H. Neisner. He is survived by: his parents, Ellen Garson Neisner and Melvin B. Neisner; his spouse Peggy Neisner; his children, Noellen Anna and Melvin Bauer Neisner III (Bauer); his sisters, Meleny Neisner Rehr of Gaithersburg, MD and Betsy Garson Neisner of Leverett, MA; his wife Mary Barnett; his niece Melaina Neisner; his nephews, Eric Rehr, Daniel Rehr and Charles Neisner; and also, Eagle Scout, Margaret Neisner (Leonard) and Oslo. He is also survived by wife and children; his mother.
