She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Towne and Ruth Towne; her former husband Ralph Carey, Jr.; her husband Allen Williams; her stepmother Lina Towne; her siblings, Evelyn Slobody, Lillian Black, Eunice Ball and Elmer Towne; and her stepsiblings, Elma Russo and Wayne LaClaire.
She is survived by: her children, Clarence "Dewey" Carey (Peggy) of Leverett, Ralph "Chucky" Carey III (Debbie) of Leverett, Sandra Bardsley Chaisson of Athol, MA, Shelley (Carey) and Snow (Mark) of Leverett; and her stepchildren, Terry Wiliams (Michelle) of Granby, Verne Williams (Melissa) of Montague and Rebecca Hulse. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
