He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel F. McGuinness and Mary McGuinness (McDonald); his former wife Beverly 'Betty' McGuinness (Burke); and his brother Mark McGuinness. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn McGuinness (Hartnett) of Leominster; his children, William D. McGuinness II (Jennifer) of Shirley and Michelle Spirlet of Leominster; his grandchildren, Clay Gensel, Violet Gensel, Cori Rocheleau and Sarah Rossignol; his great grandchildren, Billie Mansfield, Kamrin Aziz and Jace Rossignol; his sister Mary Cormier (Al) of Leominster; and his nieces and nephews, David Cormier, Mark Cormier, Lynn Cormier and Lisa Plourde.
Due to COVID, at the at the request of the family, there are no calling hours, and the funeral is private.
