He is survived by: his children, Warren Jacks, Jr. (Lisa) of Feeding Hills, MA and Paulette Sheppard (Mark) of Leominster; his grandchildren, Joseph Fortin (Stephanie) of Lunenburg, MA, Stephanie Wholey (Timothy) of Fitchburg, MA, Nicholas Jacks (Olivia) of Wichita Falls, TX and Lindsay St. Jean (Adam) of Dorchester, MA; his great grandchildren, Adaline, Finn Jacks and Theodore Wholey; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Corcoran, Janet Corcoran and Robert Shevett. He is also survived by nieces and extended family.
