She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Alves and Maria Alves (Silva); and her granddaughter Angela Pacheco. She is survived by: her husband Antonio De Moniz of Leominster; her children, Victor M. Moniz (Laurie) of Leominster, Paulo J. Moniz of Tewksbury, Eusebio A. Moniz (Brandi) of Hudson, NH and Christina Moniz of Leominster; and her grandchildren, Brittany, Cody, Kyle, Emily, Brandon, Andrew and Drea. She is also survived by her sisters and brothers; and several nieces and nephews.
