He was predeceased by: his parent Dennis O'Leary Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Margaret O'Leary (Healey); his wife Claudita O'Leary of Leominster; his children, Shawn O'Leary, James O'Leary, Kevin O'Leary, Kathleen Bastarache and Colleen Palmer; his stepchildren, Christiane Pereira, Nara Sposito, Alexandre Sposito, Nilson Sposito Jr. and Max Golcalves; and his former wife Marvoureen Wilson.
