He is survived by: his parent Judith Moniz (Araujo); his wife Elizabeth M. Moniz (Pinder); his children, Andrew Moniz (Kimberly) of Gardner and Beth Ann Moniz; his husband Scott LaFrance of Fitchburg; his father Theophilus Moniz of Falmouth, MA; and his siblings, Theophilus Moniz III of Falmouth, Paul Moniz of Maryland, Michael Moniz of Falmouth and Judith Hinckley of Falmouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
