He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Remy and Marie Remy (Perry). He is survived by: his wife Judith Remy (Plante) of Leominster; his sons, Michael Remy of Sterling and Raymond Remy Jr. of Leominster; and his sister Doris Champagne of Shirley, MA.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
