“My deepest condolences to the family for your loss. I knew Phil and Phyllis when they lived across the street from me in Greenville, N.H. around the early 1980's. I was about 12 years old at the time and recall cutting their lawn for several summers and delivering the Union Leader paper to them. They were quite generous and always super nice to me.
