We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Philip J. Anzalone Jr. in Leominster, Massachusetts, born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip J. Anzalone, Sr. and Esther (Ahola); and his daughter Stephanie. He is survived by: his wife Elena Anzalone (Firmani); his children, Amy M. Phelps (Steven) and Philip M. Anzalone (Sarah); his grandchildren, Lauren, Matthew Phelps, Eli and Aubrey Anzalone; and his siblings, Anthony Anzalone (Carolyn) of Annapolis, MD and Constance Rice (James) of Export, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and close friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd, Waltham, MA 02452 or to the Leominster Veterans Services, 100 West St. Leominster, MA 01453.
