O'Keefe of Leominster, Massachusetts, born in Olean, New York, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Gazdik and Dolores Gazdik (Freaney); her husband Harold R. "Hal" O'Keefe; her children, Karen O'Keefe-Tesselaar and Kevin O'Keefe; and her brothers, Thomas Gazdik and Larry Gazdik.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Cerrie (Robert) of Jamestown, NY, Kelly O'Keefe (Barb) of Allegany, NY, Kerry O'Keefe (Teresa) of Chalfont, PA, Kathryn Galbato (Timothy) of Lakewood, NY, Killeen Higgins (Michael) of Webster, NY and Kirsten Benham of Cuba, NY; her children-in-law, Pieter Tesselaar of Silver Creek, NY and Cheryl O'Keefe of Allegany, NY; her grandchildren, Heather Oleksy (Dave), Brianne Cerrie, Brendon O'Keefe (Kelsey), Lura O'Keefe (Andrew), Bridget Ferrett (Julian), Patrick O'Keefe (Aimee), Bethany Robine (Mark), Rebecca Hall (Jonathan), Rachel Lynch (Patrick), Casey O'Keefe, James Galbato (Alex), Collin Galbato (Karen), Francesca Galbato (Kyle), Cole Higgins, Aden Higgins, Jack Benham (Haley) and Claire Benham; and her sister-in-law Penny O'Keefe of Cuba, NY.. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, as well as step-grandchildren.
