He is survived by: his parents, Christine Paradis (Scott King) of Leominster, MA and Anthony Perez of Weymouth, MA; his girlfriend Rae Richter of Saratoga; his brother Alex Perez of Leominster, MA; his half-brother AJ Perez of Leominster, MA; and his grandfather Raymond Paradis of New Ipswich, NH. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
