He was predeceased by: his father Roger. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Zachary, Tyler, Aidan, Jocelyn, Jade and Lyla; his wife Debra; his children, Carrie (Phil), Wendy (Anthony) and Adam (Danielle); and his siblings, Suzanne, Yvette, Steven and Jill.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dementia Society of America in Mark's honor.
