He is survived by: his parent Mary Mallard (LaDue); his son Leonard J. Mallard Jr.; his wife Nancy of Leominster; his grandchildren, Jeremy Mallard and Alyssa Mallard; and his great grandchildren, Anthony Kobus and Laylynna Stiller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
