He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his brothers, Gerald (Ruth) of Vacaville, CA and Ronald of Gardner, MA; his children, Leo J. F. Mitchell III (Deanna) of Sunset, UT and Tracy Thomas (Mark) of Chester, VA; his stepsons, Scott (Nijole) of Hubbardston and Marc (Julie) of Rindge, NH; and his stepdaughter-in-law Erin of Westminster, MA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
