He was predeceased by: his parents, Romeo LeBlanc and Jennie LeBlanc (Mitchell). He is survived by: his wife Linda M. LeBlanc (Seguin); his children, Christopher LeBlanc of Concord, NH and Cara Meehan of Westminster; and his sisters, Diana LeBlanc of Leominster and Donna McCarthy of Florida. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
