With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Swanson of Leominster, Massachusetts, born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 7, 2023 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Peltola and Vieno Peltola (Johnson); and her husband Edmund Swanson. She is survived by: her son Sean Snowden of Leominster; and her brother W. Willliam Peltola of Fitchburg. She is also survived by many stepchildren, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
