He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacques Hebert and Adele Hebert; and his siblings, Lorraine, Earnest, Gerald (Blackie), Theresa, Eric and Flora (Marie).
He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his brother Joseph Elzear of Worcester, MA; his children, Denise Hebert of Philadelphia and Joseph "Pete"; his significant other Sue Chapman of Ashby, MA; his granddaughter Adrienne Miller; his son-in-law Tom; his great grandchild Judah of Leominster, MA; and his daughter-in-law Debra Jo Hebert of Leominster, MA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
