He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfonso Perez and Rosa Mercado; and his children, Frankie Rivera, Miguel Rivera, Maria Batista, Linda Perez, Ezequiel Perez and Angelica Perez. He was also cherished by 20 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, many siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
