He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cotton and Catherine Cotton (Carney); and his brother Michael Cotton. He is survived by: his wife Murielle Cotton (LeBlanc); his children, Patrick Cotton and Erin Leavitt (Keith); his grandson Jaxson Leavitt; and his brothers, Richard Cotton (Julie), Edward Cotton (Donna) and Robert Cotton (Lauren). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
