He is survived by: his parents, Frank Lapachinski and Terry Lapachinski (O'Connor) of Turners Falls; his children, Liam, Mikayla and Nora Lapachinski; his significant other Kristen Murphy of Tewksbury; his siblings, Peter Lapachinski (Jesi) of Turners Falls and Jenna Lapachinski (Bryon Keiser) of Tunbridge, VT; his grandmothers, Jeanne O'Connor and Anna Lapachinski; his great-uncle Louis Socquet of Turners Falls; and also, Frederick and Marcia Murphy of Tewksbury. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
