She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Deconinck and Lucien Deconinck; her husband Rene J. Bastarache; and her grandson Wyatt Bastarache. She is survived by: her children, Brian, Michael Bastarache of Leominster, Rick (Ann Bastarache) and Dianne (Gregory Tjampiris) of Ashburnham; her brother David (Micheline Deconinck) of Fitchburg; and her grandchildren, Noah (Heather Bastarache), Raevin Bastarache, Amy (Bret Scott), Erin (Aaron Ensley) and Marc (Alisha Bastarache).
