He was predeceased by: his siblings, Theresa Goulet, Marcel Goulet and Nicole Goulet; and his parents, Donat Goulet and Bernadette Goulet (Bechand).

He is survived by: his wife Aline A. Goulet (Fleurant); his children, Michelle A. Goulet (Andrew Labovitch) of Ridley Park, PA, Linda F. Falzone (John) of Clinton, Alain G. Goulet (Christine Dynan) of Lancaster and Nicole J. Kulis (Eric) of Clinton; his siblings, Julia Audet, Raymond Goulet, Fernand Goulet, Maurice Goulet, Claudette Levesque, Janine Larochelle and Denise Roy; and his grandchildren, Justin, Angelica, Josette, Maila, Jonah, Elizabeth and Rowen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
