It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Proietti (Leominster, Massachusetts), born in Skowhegan, Maine, who passed away on May 25, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Gladys Welch (Smith); her son Paul; and her siblings, Marie Burnell of Arlington, Mass., Alice Cantara of Manchester, N. H., Joan Silveri of Weirton, W. V and Charles of Maine.
She is survived by: her husband John Proietti; and her children, Michael (Laura) of Leominster, Linda Grossi (Richard) of Leominster, Deborah Carbone (Joseph) of Leominster, John Jr. (Barbara) of Ashby and Matthew (Varina) of Penn Valley, California. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Leominster - Dorothy Leone (Welch) Proietti, a resident of Leominster since childhood, died May 25, 2020, at Life Care Center after contracting the COVID-19 virus and pneumonia.
